Villa Greta is a top, Mykonian-style, Mykonos blue villa located in Kanalia, a prevalent vacation neighborhood near Ornos beach. Luxurious villa Greta has the ideal setting for an unobstructed idyllic view of Mykonos Town (Chora) situated right across the sea canal of Korfos windsurfing Bay.

The VIP Villa has two levels and two independent guesthouses, with three master en-suite bedrooms, three en-suite double bedrooms and one single bedroom, comfortable living and dining areas and two fully equipped kitchen areas.

The main part of the property consists of two Maison’s (Grand Maison & Maison) with separate entrances, individual living rooms and kitchens, offering direct access to the pool area with outdoor lounge and dining area. The lower part of the lavish villa has two beautiful guest houses, fully autonomous. With four master bedrooms, one semi-double bedroom, one single bedroom and two guest houses, the villa offers the ideal space distribution for family or friends who wish to create memories together while enjoying their privacy.

VILLA POLICIES
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-In: 15:00pm / Check-Out: 11:00am Late check out, from 11:00 to 18:00 pm; 50% extra charge on the daily rate. After 18:00 pm, 100% extra charge on the daily rate
PRE-PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Pre-payment:
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking confirmation. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance should be settled at least 6 weeks prior arrival.
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation the prepayment is non-refundable. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks prior arrival, No-show or earlier departure, the total reservation will be charged.
- Upon request during low season, the property may be rented as separate / individual units. Rates will be offered upon request. Please contact us.
- Security Deposit: 3000 €
- Upon request on extra charge we may accept events at the property.
